While we do guarantee that all of our boards and other electronics are in good, working condition, we do not allow returns without a reasonable explanation of how item was tested or determined to be at fault. We are fair and reasonable people. However, we can not afford to finance DIY trial and error repairs. Remember, bad electronics are frequently a symptom of a larger problem.
