IMPORTANT ON SHIPPING: I don't have info on the exact weight, so my estimate on the freight shipping is a guestimate. It will be impossible for me to know the exact amount until they are at the facility. It may very well be less and I WILL NOT CHARGE MORE THAN MY ESTIMATE. The closer you are to MN, the cheaper it will be. LOCAL PICK UP TO AVOID MOST OF THE SHIPPING FEE IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE, BUT WILL REQUIRE SOME LEAD TIME AND ARRANGEMENTS.
RETURNS: This item is new and guaranteed to be in good working condition. It is professionally crated and will be shipped insured. It is very heavy and time consuming to ship, so we would charge a significant restocking fee UNLESS the it was non-functional or there was a significant mistake in the listing (e.g. wrong model number).
NEED OTHER ONAN/CUMMINS PARTS? This is a part time business for us. What that means is that at any given time we have thousands more part numbers than we have time to get listed. We are slowly working on a formal inventory, but for the foreseeable future there will be many that are simply organized by type or the generator/engine they were used on. We also have many partial and complete units for pulling parts. If you are looking for something, knowing the model and spec of your unit is essential to me finding it as quickly as possible. Please understand that two of our warehouses are more than an hour away and many items require the assistance of my business partner, the owner and expert, to locate and/or remove. While we can sometimes quickly obtain items for an emergency situation, out current arrangement works best when low price is more important than expediency.
